Letter: My Thanks to the Princeton Community

To the Editor:

I want to sincerely express my thanks to the 35% of Princeton voters who cast their ballots for me on Nov. 5 and wrote Letters-to-the-Editor in support of my candidacy.  I would also like to acknowledge the press for its coverage of my campaign and to Democratic organizations for their energetic (but flattering) efforts to defeat my candidacy.

Although I'm disappointed I won't have the opportunity in this election cycle to work with Democrat Council members to address the significant problems affecting Princeton, including property taxes, problematic relations with Princeton University, traffic, and the lack of inclusiveness for our Latino residents.
