Motor Vehicle Theft, Burglary: Princeton Police Blotter
A vehicle, purse and its contents were stolen amounting to a loss of around $108,900, police said.

PRINCETON, NJ – The Princeton Police Blotter dated Oct. 23 and Oct. 30 had the following reports:
Oct. 11, 11:25 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop, a 29-year-old Ewing resident was found to have an active warrant out of Trenton Municipal Court for $550. He was placed under arrest and taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed and released with a new court date.
Oct. 11, 11:42 a.m. a man told police his electric bicycle was stolen from the side of his residence on Moran Avenue. The bicycle is valued at $2,400and the Detective Bureau is investigating.

Oct. 14 10:20 p.m. a 20-year-old King of Prussia, PA woman was found to have an active warrant out of Princeton Municipal Court in the amount of $2,500. She was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters and processed. She was released with a new court date in Princeton Municipal Court.
Oct. 17, 4:33 p.m. a 33-year-old Ewing woman was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Lawrence Township Municipal Court while appearing in Princeton Municipal Court. She was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters and was processed. She was later turned over to the custody of Lawrence Township Police.

Oct. 18, 9:29 a.m. an unknown man entered a retail establishment on N. Harrison Street and shoplifted $3,599.54 worth of merchandise, police said. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
Oct. 18, 2:03 a.m., a resident of Walker Drive told police that two unknown people forced entry through a window of their residence and stole a purse. They then entered the resident’s vehicle and fled the area. The total amount of stolen items, including the vehicle, purse and its contents was approximately $108,900. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
Oct. 20, 1:14 p.m., a caller reported that an unknown person forced entry to a structure on N. Harrison Street causing damage. At the time of the report, it was unknown if any items were stolen. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
Oct. 23, 10:41 p.m., a 26-year-old Princeton resident was found to be in possession of a resident’s bicycle, which was stolen off of the front porch. The man was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters, processed and charged accordingly. He was later released with a Complaint Summons that is returnable in Mercer County Superior Court.
Oct. 23, 8:05 p.m., a man reported that his electric scooter, valued at $900, was stolen while it was left unattended on Hulfish Street. There are currently no suspects.
Oct. 23, 5:43 p.m., a man reported that his electric bicycle, valued at $1,300, was stolen while it was left unattended on Witherspoon Street. There are currently no suspects
Oct. 26, 2:35 p.m., following to a motor vehicle stop, the owner of the vehicle, a 24-year-old Woodbridge resident, was found to have an active warrant out of Woodbridge Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. The woman was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters and released with a new court date.
