PRINCETON, NJ — The general election in New Jersey is Tuesday, Nov. 7. Here is what Princeton voters need to know before they hit the polls.
This general election, school board and town council seats will be on the ballot. Early in-person voting began Oct. 28.

Incumbents David Cohen and Leticia Fraga are seeking re-election. There are no challengers.

Five new and returning candidates are vying for a seat on the Princeton Board of Education this November.
They are:
- Adam Bierman (Adaptable Devoted Educator)
- Beth A. Behrend (For Our Kids)
- René Obregon, Jr. (Excellence, Accountability, Transparency)
- Michele Tuck-Ponder
- Eleanor Hubbard (Quality Public Education)
When And How To Vote
There are three ways to vote this election - early voting, vote by mail and at the polling location. Early Voting: Oct. 28 – Nov. 5.
All registered voters can now cast their ballot in person, using a voting machine, during nine days before Election Day.
Eligible voters can also drop off their mail-in ballot at these locations:
- Princeton Municipal Building – 400 Witherspoon St., Princeton, NJ, 08540 (Front of building, facing Witherspoon)
- Princeton University Wawa/Dinky Station- 152 Alexander St., Princeton, NJ 08540 (On the circle)
Election Day: The general election is on Tuesday, Nov. 7, with polls open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- Suzanne Patterson Center, 1 Monument Dr. District 1, 2, 4, 6
- Johnson Park School, 285 Rosedale Road, Follow Signs District 3
- Community Park School, 372 Witherspoon St., Art Room District 5, 9, 11, 21, 22
- Hook & Ladder Fire House, 27 N. Harrison St. District 7, 8, 13, 18
- Princeton Engine Company No 1, 13 Chestnut St. District 10,12
- Princeton First Aid Squad, 237 N. Harrison St. District 14, 20
- Littlebrook School, 39 Magnolia Lane, Back Gate-Gym District 15, 16
- Riverside School, 58 Riverside Dr., West, Follow Signs District 17, 19
