Princeton Extends Parking Agreement With Rider U. For Another Year

PRINCETON, NJ — The Council recently adopted a resolution authorizing an extension to an agreement with Rider University for public parking at the Westminster Choir College campus.

The Westminster Choir College is located at 101 Walnut Lane.

This is the third extension to the agreement. Princeton has been using the parking area since November 2021.

Through the agreement extension, Princeton will continue to use up to 107 parking spaces in the Westminster Choir College lot off of Franklin Avenue at a monthly fee of $1,000, Deputy Administrator Deanna Stockton said in a memo.

The agreement is for a 10-month term beginning on Sept. 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.

When the agreement was first signed in 2021, the number of parking spots used was 193. Last year during the renewal it was reduced to 107.
