Princeton Police Launch Halloween-Themed Pedestrian Safety Campaign
The initiative will focus on pedestrian and bicyclist safety during this high-traffic season.

PRINCETON, NJ - As Halloween approaches and trick-or-treaters prepare to take to Princeton's streets, the local police department is launching the Street Smart NJ public education and awareness campaign in partnership with the Greater Mercer Transportation Management Association (TMA) and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA).
The initiative focuses on pedestrian and bicyclist safety during this high-traffic season.
Throughout October, the Street Smart NJ campaign aims to educate the public about pedestrian and motor vehicle safety laws. The goal is to change behaviors that contribute to pedestrian and bicyclist crashes and injuries.
