Princeton School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacations

PRINCETON, NJ — The first day of school in Princeton is September 5 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Princeton School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

• 9/10: No School (Rosh Hashanah)
• 9/19: No School (Yom Kippur)

October

• 10/8: No School (Staff Development)

November

• 11/6 - 11/7: Parent Teacher Conferences/Early Dismissal 1:00 p.m. (Grades PK-8)
• 11/8 - 11/9: No School (NJEA Convention)
• 11/13 - 11/14: Parent Teacher Conferences/Early Dismissal 1:00 p.m. (Grades PK-8)
• 11/21: Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m (Princeton High School)/Early Dismissal 1:00 p.m (Grades PK-8)
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/3: Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m. (Princeton High School)/Early Dismissal 1:00 p.m. (Grades PK-8)
