Robber Hits TD Bank on State Road

Suspect escaped on foot with an unknown quantity of cash, township police report.

Police are looking for a man who robbed the TD Bank branch on State Road on Thursday.

Princeton Township police responded to the call at 5:33 p.m. and were told by bank staff that the robber had escaped on foot, according to a press release issued Friday. The man is described as having a slightly darker complexion and freckles. He is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, and was wearing light gray, hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt, black NY Yankees hat, blue jeans and black sneakers. Police released a photo of the suspect taken from surveillance video footage.

No weapon was shown during the robbery, the release said, and bank officials had not determined the amount of money stolen as of Friday at noon.
