Robbery, Warrant Arrest: Princeton Police Blotter
A woman told police a man pulled out a knife and asked for her money when she was waiting at a bus stop.

PRINCETON, NJ – The Princeton Police blotter dated Nov. 13 had the following reports.
On Nov. 6 at 2:16 p.m., following an investigation of a dispute, a 41-year-old Princeton man was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Princeton Municipal Court in the amount of $2,500. He was placed under arrest and taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance with a new court date.
On Nov. 7, at 2:09 p.m., a woman reported that they were waiting at a bus stop on N. Harrison Street when they were approached by an unknown man who asked her for money. When she refused, the man pulled out a knife, held it in front of the woman and again asked for money. The woman then fled the area on foot, police said. The man is described as a black male in his 30’s, 5’7” to 5’8” in height with a thin build. He had short to medium-length black hair and a short beard. He was also wearing dark-framed glasses or sunglasses, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black shirt underneath and sweatpants. The Detective Bureau is investigating.

On Nov. 10, at 9:38 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop on Redding Circle, the driver was found to have three active warrants for their arrest. Two out of Princeton Municipal Court for $500 and one out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court for $550. The 38-year-old Princeton resident was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters, and released on her own recognizance on all warrants with new court dates.
On Nov. 11, 8:42 p.m., following to a motor vehicle stop at Paul Robeson Place, the driver, Trenton resident, was found to have two active warrants for their arrest out of Lawrence Township Municipal Court and Montgomery Twp. Municipal Court for $550 each. The 42-year-old was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters and released on her own recognizance with a new court date for each jurisdiction

On Nov. 12 at 12:55 a.m., following to a motor vehicle stop, the driver of the vehicle was found to have an active warrant for their arrest out of Trenton Municipal Court for $600. The 40-year-old Monroe resident was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters and released on her own recognizance with a new court date.
