Thefts from Vehicles Reported in Princeton
The bottom line? Lock your car and remove your valuables.

In light of some recent car burglaries, Princeton Police remind residents to always lock vehicles, even in your driveway and/or garage.
Police have recently investigated a series of burglaries and thefts to motor vehicles in the Basin Street, Lawrence Drive and Edwards Place areas. These thefts were to unlocked vehicles parked near the victims' homes.
To keep your property safe and secure, Police suggest the following:- Keep your vehicle locked and the alarm armed, even if parked in a garage.
- Remove valuables such as GPS units and other electronics from your vehicle at night.
- Don't leave valuables of any kind in plain view inside of your vehicle.
