Peaches Please at First-Ever Pie Contest
The Ramsey Farmers' Market hosted the New Jersey Council of Peaches contest Sunday.
Taste testers were on parade at the Ramsey Farmers' Market Sunday for the first-ever 'Perfect Peach Pie Contest,' run by the New Jersey Council of Peaches.
New borough pastry chef Michael Volpe was the judge of the contest, and local pie enthusiast Liz Weidhorn took home the top prize.
