Ramsey Fire Department to Host Golf Fundraiser

For the third year in a row, the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Department is calling for golfers in the community to help support the department at an invitational fundraiser.

The Third Annual Golf Invitational is happening next Saturday, July 13. The full-day event is $125 per ticket, and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, transportation to and from Lochmor Golf Course, and, of course, a full day of golf.

Each year, the outing has attracted 80-90 participants, and this year the RFD says it’d like to have as many as 120 golfers signed up. There is still room to register.

The FD is also still looking for local businesses to sponsor the fundraiser.
