Ramsey Hires Three New Police Officers
One officer comes to Ramsey from a nearby town's force, and another from the US Coast Guard.

Three new police officers have started a four-month-long filed training program with the Ramsey Police Department, their first official assignments as Ramsey officers.
The borough council approved the hires last month, after what Police Chief Bryan Gurney said was a long interview process.
“New officers had four interviews with members of this department, members of the public safety committee and mayor,” Gurney said. “The new officers had a complete background investigation, a psychological test, and [had to] prove proficiency with firearms.”
