The winning Winter Green scratch-off ticket was sold at Red Bank Mart Inc., 220 Newman Spring Road, Red Bank, according to NJ Lottery officials. In addition to the $500,000 ticket, a $10,000 ticket was also sold in Monmouth County for the Nov. 22 drawing. The winning $10,000 ticket was sold at the ShopRite located at 1151 Shrewsbury Ave., Shrewsbury.
