Update: Poop Sign Reported Stolen!

Update 9:13 p.m.: A user identifying herself as the owner and installer of the "Pick up your S#@t" sign says the sign has been stolen.

It's really essential. When you're taking your pooch for a stroll you've got to come prepared. Unfortunately one such dog walker was not ready - or chose not to do the right thing - when man's best friend left a steamer on the lawn of a resident on Spring Street.

Born out of frustration, concern, perhaps even rage, the above sign comes with a simple message and a smiley face. We've blurred out a couple of the letters of the last word to protect the young and innocent, but in the future we'd suggest poo fighters to consider colorful, more family-friendly terminology like turd, log, doo-doo, crap, or something else when writing public signs.
