Monmouth Day Care Center will hold its third annual Touch-a-Truck event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Red Bank Middle School parking lot.
This family event offers children a hands-on opportunity to explore some of the big and small trucks that they love. Vehicles may include construction trucks, utility and recreational vehicles and emergency responders.
Children are encouraged to interact with the trucks while the professionals who operate them explain and discuss the work they accomplish with their machinery. In addition to visiting the big trucks, the entrance fee includes crafts, face painting, games, music, fingerprinting courtesy of the FBI, and a visit from Meridian Health’s Hop Scotch Bunny.
