Avoid A Ticket in Red Bank With A Residential Parking Permit

Permits apply to certain areas in town.

RED BANK, NJ - Do you live in town? Want to avoid those pesky parking tickets because you ran out of time before you got to the meter with more change?

Depending on where you live, residents in certain areas are eligible to apply for a "residential parking permit."

Residents with a parking permit won't be subjected to the posted time limits in that residential zone, except during snow and other emergency situations, according to the borough website.

You can pick up an application for the permit in the Parking Utility Office at 75 Chestnut Street. You must prove you are a resident and that you own the vehicle you are registering.
