Boat Motor, iPad, Vodka Lifted in Red Bank

Police are investigating several thefts.



Red Bank police are investigating the following reported incidents of theft:


• It was reported on Sept. 13 that of a bottle of vodka was shoplifted from North Bridge Liquor Store. Detective Juan Sardo took the report.

• On Sept. 16 an Apple iPad was reported stolen on Sept. 13 from a parked vehicle on West Front Street. Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.

• It was reported that sometime between Sept. 14 and 16 a new pair of multi-colored sneakers was stolen from a parked vehicle on Mori Place. Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.

• It was reported that sometime between Sept. 16 and 17 a 2012 8 hp Yamaha outboard motor was stolen off a boat. at the West Front Street Marina. Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.

• On Sept. 17, a man reported that he discovered his wallet, containing cash, credit card and a transit card, went missing while at the Red Bank Train Station. Patrolman James DePonte took the report.

• Cash and prescription pills were reported stolen from the console of a vehicle parked on Oakland Street Sept. 14. Lt. Daniel Bannon took the report.
