We’ll begin with a warm cup of cacao, then spend time journaling and settling in together. From there, guests are guided into rest through a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and soothing sounds that help quiet the mind and release tension.

There is nothing to fix or achieve -just space to breathe, listen, write, and be. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. This is an open, welcoming afternoon to slow down and feel supported in community.
