Red Bank is known as a diverse community with its own host of classic characters.
Patch managed to capture some of those milestones and just plain fun in a few clips throughout the year.
Though we'd have to say that Mayor Pat Menna probably wins the prize for a quote that was not captured on film, what's featured in the video above sums up the mood of the borough and the year as a whole.
