Flea Markets, Walking Tours: This Weekend In Monmouth County

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — November has officially arrived.

As the month begins, there are plenty of new things to do around Monmouth County this weekend.

Here are five events you can check out:

Soup & Sip
4 JG’s Orchard & Vineyard will host their annual Soup & Sip event on Saturday. From noon to 5 p.m., attendees 21 years and older are welcome to try soup and wine pairings at the event.

Tickets are $25 per person and include wine and soup.

Allaire Village Flea Market
Join the Historic Village at Allaire for their last flea market of the year on Saturday. From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., attendees can shop from over 90 vendors, the Allaire Bakery, a food truck and more.

There will be an on-site ATM at the event, and the market will also host Allaire Village Auxiliary’s annual stocking stuffer sale. Paid admission to the flea market grants free admission to Allaire Village for the day.

Charlie Brown & The Great Pumpkin
Though Halloween has passed, there’s still plenty of holiday magic to enjoy.

The United Methodist Church of Red Bank will be hosting performances of “Charlie Brown & The Great Pumpkin” from the Red Bank Theatre for Young Audiences on Saturday. Showings will take place at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Autumn Riders Horse Show
Head over to the East Freehold Show Grounds on Sunday for the Autumn Riders Horse Show. The show will begin at 9 a.m.

Monmouth Battlefield Walking Tour
Join the Friends of Monmouth Battlefield on Sunday for a walk up to Perrine Hill. Attendees will meet at the Visitor’s Center at 1:30 p.m. then drive in convoy to the hill on Route 522.
