International Flavour a Boon to Business [Video]
The first ever International Flavour festival attracted thousands of visitors to Red Bank in a showcase of downtown restaurants and businesses.
Red Bank's first ever held Sunday was a hit, attracting thousands of visitors to the borough's downtown to enjoy a sampling of eats from far and wide, from Asia to Mexico, French to Italian, and even America.
The festival is just the latest effort of the union between Red Bank RiverCenter and Flavour, a downtown restaurant alliance, to promote what may be the borough's great asset: its food.
Red Bank Patch took the opportunity to talk to several businesses about the importance of showcases like International Flavour in promoting the borough and its businesses. Check the video above for the sites and sounds from the festival.
