We stumbled upon this scene while walking through downtown Red Bank recently. A black sedan, parked right in front of the , with a dismembered hand on the dash. Sure, it's made of rubber. Probably. Seems like an off place to keep your surplus body parts if you ask us but if you're looking for someone to lend a hand this guy - or gal - might just be it.
