LED Billboard Proposal Set To Return To Red Bank Zoning Board
The proposed project would upgrade an existing ground billboard on Riverside Avenue, according to the meeting agenda.
RED BANK, NJ — The Red Bank Zoning Board will host a hybrid meeting on Thursday to hear a proposal from Outfront Media on modernizing an existing billboard on Riverside Avenue.
The proposal, which has been brought before the Zoning Board before, would replace the existing ground billboard with a new, 27-foot structure featuring LED light. The total sign face would be 380 square feet, with a proposed setback of 0.5 feet from the property line.
10 feet is the minimum setback required, according to the agenda. The current ground billboard has a setback of 0.1 feet.
