RED BANK, NJ — For this year’s season of giving, local realty company EXIT Realty East Coast hosted their 10th annual Angel Tree Drive for the Salvation Army of Red Bank.

Each year, the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children across the country.

The Angels’ Christmas wish lists are distributed to donors throughout the community who purchase their requested gifts, and gifts are then distributed to families to put under their Christmas tree.

Ann-Marie O’Brien, the company coordinator at EXIT Realty, has led the charge for the company’s Angel Tree Drive every year since starting it in 2014. She's been working with the program for over 20 years.

"This is the 10th year that EXIT Realty East Coast has partnered with The Salvation Army of Red Bank,” O’Brien said. “We are thrilled to be part of this wonderful organization and give to those who cannot afford to buy their children anything this holiday season.”

This year, agents from EXIT Realty offices participated in the drive by selecting a child/children from the Angel List, which included 30 children in total, and purchasing gifts of clothing and toys specifically requested for them.

The agents filled the Salvation Army truck with "bikes, clothes, toys and so much more," O'Brien said.

"Giving back to the community is very important to us, and we are so happy that we can contribute to children experiencing the joy of Christmas morning," Robert Shirvanian, the broker of record, said. "We are grateful to Ann-Marie O'Brien for introducing our company to this incredible cause and for our agents' generous donations. We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come."
