Lunch Break Needs Your Harvest and Help
It's what's going on in the Red Bank-Shrewsbury area on Tuesday.

Good morning, friends and fans.
Let's muster up all the good thoughts and energy we have for Cole Porter, the Shrewsbury cyclist who was seriously injured in the Tour de Fair Haven race on Sunday.
Cole is a triathlete with many friends in the area. Godspeed, Cole!
Today …
The forecast calls for sunny skies with a high of 65 degrees. Fall is in the air.
Yet, there's still time to hit the beach. So, here's the tide table for today:

2013-09-17 7:01 PM EDT Sunset

2013-09-18 2:28 AM EDT -0.35 feet Low Tide

And, here's some of that mystical moon and sun information from www.tides4fishing.com:
"Today we begin the day with the moon already visible in the sky, so first we will see the moonset, which will take place at 4:30 am at 259º southwest. Eventually, the moon will rise again in the east (98º) at 5:47 p.m. … The lunar phase is a Waxing Gibbous. Today we will have 12 hours and 21 minutes of sun. The solar transit will be at 12:50 pm and the length of time the moon will be visible will be 10 hours and 43 minutes."
