Man, 65, Struck In Red Bank While Crossing The Street
The man was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, police said. The driver remained on the scene.

RED BANK, NJ — A 65-year-old man was struck while crossing the street mid-block in Red Bank, according to the police department.
The incident happened on Thursday evening at around 8:30 p.m., in the area of Riverside Gardens Park on West Front Street .
The man, an Ocean Township resident, was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center and is currently in stable condition, Chief of Police Darren McConnell said.

The driver, who remained on the scene, was identified as 37-years-old Brian Allison, from Red Bank.
The incident is being investigated by Ptl. Darren McConnell of the department's traffic safety unit.
