RED BANK, NJ — Without community leaders, Red Bank wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Patch has partnered with T-Mobile to recognize these often unsung community leaders and celebrate their contributions.

This submission comes from Dolly, a Red Bank reader who nominated Tyler Breaux, coordinator of Community Engagement Network for Monmouth ACTS, which stands for Assisting Community Through Services.

Monmouth ACTS is a public-private partnership of Monmouth County Human Services professionals and area nonprofits. Its goal is to improve Monmouth residents’ access to services in mental health, addiction, aging, housing, child care, transportation and much more, according to its website.
