New Gourmet Market To Fill Sickles Space In Red Bank: Report
Anderson Market will take over the spot in the Anderson Building following Sickles' closure in 2024, the report said.

RED BANK, NJ — A new gourmet market is set to replace the former Sickles Market space at the Anderson Building in Red Bank, according to a report from the Asbury Park Press.
The new market (called Anderson Market) is from the Asbury Park-based hospitality group Culture Collective and plans to host a variety of vendors that offer food options ranging from cheese to seafood, according to the report.
Chris Viola, the chief development officer and founder of Culture Collective, told the Asbury Park Press that he thinks the market will become "a regional destination."

"We have the opportunity to do something different and unique," Viola said in the report. "What we're going to be offering here is going to be comparable to what you see in Philadelphia or New York when you talk about food halls. I think it'll become a regional destination."
According to the report, Viola hopes to open part of the market in the spring with the rest coming in the summer, so long as there aren’t complications from the Sickles bankruptcy case.
