Red Bank Community Rallies Support For Family Of Slain Taxi Driver
Anthony Hill, 42, of Eatontown, was found shot to death in September. Now, the community is coming together to support his family.
RED BANK, NJ — The Red Bank community is coming together this Saturday to support the family of Anthony Hill, a local taxi driver who was killed in September.
Hill, 42, of Eatontown, was found shot to death outside the Holly Hill Motel on Sept. 14. Hill was a long-time cab driver for Yellow Car in Red Bank, and is survived by his wife and daughter.
Following Hill's death, a friend of the family set up a GoFundMe campaign to support Hill's family and help with funeral expenses and living costs.

Now, the local community is coming together at Red Bank Elks Lodge on Saturday for a benefit hosted in Hill's memory, with all proceeds going towards his family.
Little Silver Creek Band, Random Test Reggae, Guns For Hire and Goldie the Songstress Entertainer are some of the acts included in the benefit's lineup.

Admission is $35 for attendees 21 and up, and $25 for those under 21. Ticket prices include new corner catering, entertainment and select beverages.
Attendees can pay at the door or Venmo in advance. The benefit is set to begin at 5 p.m. and run until 10 p.m.
