Red Bank Police Report Boat Engine, iPhone, Purse, Cash Thefts

The following reported thefts are being investigated by Red Bank police:

• An iPod was reported stolen from a parked vehicle on Buena Place on Aug. 16. Sgt. Robert Gannon is investigating.

• An iPhone was reported stolen from a woman's purse while attending dance class on Chestnut Street Aug. 17. Sgt. Robert Gannon is investigating.

• Cash was reported stolen from a dresser drawer in a West Bergen Place home sometime between Aug. 16 and 18. Patrolman Thomas Doremus is investigating.

• A purse containing a reported large amount of cash was reported stolen from a N. Bridge Avenue parking lot on Aug. 19. Patrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.

• A Mercury 9.9 outboard motor boat engine was reported stolen from a boat at Marine Park sometime between Aug. 19 and 20. Patrolman David Hicks is investigating.
