Red Bank Police Report: DWIs, Assault and Credit Card Fraud
The following information was obtained directly from Red Bank Police records. It does not indicate convictions.

Red Bank police arrested the following people on various charges within the past week:
• Joyce Jeffers, 39, of Beachwood, was arrested on May 16 in the area of Branch Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman John Camarca.

• Josiah Stepney, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 14 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with for possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Miguel Garcia-Romero, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 14 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with for simple assault by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Sakeenah Whitley, 34, of Asbury Park, was arrested on May 13 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card by Detective Juan Sardo.
• James Burns, 19, of Middletown, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Broad Street and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman David Smith.
• Patrick Dwyer, 19, of Old Bridge, was arrested on May 12 in the area of Broad Street and charged with criminal trespass by Patrolman Jorge Torres.
• Andrew Tusbarsky, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 11 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Capt. Darren McConnell.
• Rebekah Reilly, 35, of Keansburg was arrested on May 10 in the area of Coopers Bridge and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
* In additon, police made five arrests on contempt of court charges.
