Sad Farewell to the Chief, Sunny Weekend

It's what's going on in the Red Bank-Shrewsbury area on Friday and into the weekend.


Good Friday morning to you, Red Bank-Shrewsbury area folks.

Today begins with the very sad farewell to Red Bank's Chief Steve McCarthy.

It looks like we're going to have sunny, crisp fall weather today for the chief's funeral services and that good weather will continue all weekend, with a high of 71 degrees on Sunday.

Time to take in the fall sun and, perhaps, get to the water for some fun, if that's what your shore area heart desires.
