RED BANK-SHREWSBURY, NJ — Multiple candidates have filed to run for open seats on Red Bank and Shrewsbury school boards in November.

In Red Bank, three full-term seats are open on the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education, alongside three full-term seats open on the Red Bank Borough Board of Education.

There are currently no seats up on the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education representing Shrewsbury Borough, and no seats on the Monmouth Regional High School or Tinton Falls school boards representing Shrewsbury Township.

Monday marked the filing deadline for those who wished to file petitions for candidacy in New Jersey's school board elections, which will be held during General Election Day on Nov. 4.
