Fourth degree charges for criminal sexual contact handed down stemming separate October, 2011, incidents.

Two Red Bank men were indicted on charges of Criminal Sexual Contact in Monmouth County Superior Court stemming from separate October, 2011 incidents, the Prosecutor’s office announced recently

Jose Camacho, 30, was charged with the fourth degree crime after allegedly committing an act of sexual contact with a person identified only as D.S. in nearby Shrewsbury on Oct. 25. It is unclear when Camacho, a resident of the 200 block of West Front Street, was arrested or if he was remanded to Monmouth County jail.

On Oct. 30 in Red Bank, Marcelino Sebastian-Olivares allegedly committed the act of sexual contact with a person identified in court documents as D.M. The court did not provide an age for Sebastian-Olivares who is a resident of the 100 block of Shrewsbury Avenue in Red Bank.
