Shrewsbury Cop Charged In Domestic Violence Incidents: Report

SHREWSBURY - Shrewsbury police recently arrested one of their own on domestic violence charges stemming from two separate incidents in January.
Ryan M. Cullinane, 27, was charged with assault, harassment and the unlicensed entry of a structure after the incidents on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.
In the first incident, Cullinane showed up at a woman's home uninvited and refused to leave. He ended up in a fight with another man at the property, a police document states.

He injured an unidentified person in the first incident by striking the victim's face with an open fist, according to the report.
The next day, Cullinane made contact with a woman at a restaurant, then followed her home and made "unwanted contact and communication." The woman asked him to leave several times, but he didn't, according to the police document.
