Spa Owner To Open A Second Location At The Rail In Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — A high-end beauty and health spa, Hydraderm Spa, is coming to The Rail in Red Bank, the property owner announced.

Denholtz Properties, the commercial real estate investment and development company, said it has negotiated a 1,970-square-foot lease with Hydraderm Spa for the mixed-use complex at the Red Bank train station.

The Rail at Red Bank is off Bridge Avenue on Red Bank’s West Side. The lease brings The Rail at Red Bank’s 7,500 square feet of retail to full occupancy, the company said.

Hydraderm Spa offers a range of services including facials, buccal massage, micro-needling, hydrafacial, radio frequency, body massage and wrapping

Ekaterina Vasileva currently owns a spa in Marlboro, where it has operated for two years, she said.

And now she's ready to expand her business.

She said the Red Bank location "checked all of our boxes."

“As we embarked on our search for a second location for our business, our priority was to find a space that offered our clients onsite parking as well as convenient access to a variety of complementary restaurants, shopping, and cultural options," she said.

She said she plans to open in Red Bank in December.

Hydraderm Spa joins current tenants Melonhead, a juice, smoothie and acai bowl shop; Filoncino Café, an Italian bakery and café; and Todd Goldstein, DDS, a cosmetic dentist. See a past Patch article about those businesses.

Above these retail destinations are The Rail's luxury residences - now also fully leased.

The Rail offers amenities that include two outdoor decks with fireplaces, seating areas, outdoor TVs and grills, a fitness center, an outdoor dog park, bike storage, a yoga studio, a clubroom with desks and kitchen areas and a game room with pool table.
