Bergen Man Had Hundreds Of Child Porn Images: Prosecutor

A Bergen County man was arrested and charged after a months-long internet child pornography investigation, authorities announced.

Dean M. Desrosiers, 49, was charged with distribution of child pornography Friday, acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.

The prosecutor's office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Desrosiers' East Rutherford home in connection with a months-long internet long pornography investigation, Calo said.

Authorities learned that Desrosiers used the internet to distribute about 310 files of "nude or sexually explicit" prepubescent kids, Calo said.

Desrosiers is scheduled to appear in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack Feb. 13.
