Join Chef Nandini (V-Nourish) for ROOTED, an intimate 8-seat culinary journey hosted in a private home setting. This is not a restaurant—it is a communal dining experience designed to reconnect us with our food and each other.
The Culinary Experience:
A curated 5-Course Vegetarian Tasting Menu inspired by the earth and South Indian roots.
A Seasonal Exploration: The menu is driven by the season's best produce. While the exact courses are finalized by the Chef closer to the date, the evening will feature dishes in the spirit of:
First: Beetroot Rasam (A vibrant, spiced broth).
Second: Crisp Taro paired with Paruppu Usili (Steamed lentil crumble).
Third: Mushroom Pepper Fry served with artisanal Coconut Roti.
Fourth: Arichu Vitta Sambar (Stone-ground spice stew) or Potato Moilee paired with soft Kal Dosai.
Fifth: Carrot & Jaggery Payasam (A rich, caramelized finale).
Curated wine pairings served throughout the evening.
