2012 Sheehan Race Grimace Gallery

The look on a runner's face upon completing a race is the look of a champion.

It's a look of triumph and will, and it's usually sweaty and red. In honor of those who took on the Sheehan Classic Saturday morning, we dedicate this gallery — the second annual  — to you.

With the the Classic trimmed down from a 5-mile race to a 5-kilometer race, and with the temperature considerably less offensive this time around, many grimaces were replaced by smiles or, you know, regular-looking faces.

Still, we were able to accumulate plenty of grimaces.
