Fair Haven August Police Blotter: Stolen Bikes, Pedestrian Struck by Drunk Driver, and Drug Possession

Here is a list of Fair Haven police activity that took place in August.

August 8, 2014

• Erick Aviles-Sibrian, 21, of Red Bank, was placed under arrest for Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Aviles-Sibrian was processed at station headquarters and later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. John Koetzner was the arresting Officer, and was assisted by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra.

August 22, 2014

• A McCarter Avenue resident reported his bike stolen from River Road. S/O Murray took the report.

• A Parker Avenue resident reported fraudulent charges on her credit card. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey took the report.

• Janice Zdyrski, 50, of Middletown, was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop. Mrs. Zdyrski also received charges for Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Report an Accident. She was later released pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance; Ptl. Eric Patton was the arresting Officer.

• An Oxford Avenue resident reported that his son’s bike was stolen from the Fair Haven Fireman’s Fair. Cpl. John Waltz took the report.

• Guy T. Campbell, 58, of Fair Haven, and Maria T. Guillory, 45, also of Fair Haven, were arrested subsequent to a traffic stop. They were both charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Both were released on a summons pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance. Cpl. Waltz was the arresting officer.

August 30, 2014

• Dawn L. Capalbo , 57, of Rumson, was arrested after striking a pedestrian with a motor vehicle, she was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. She was later released pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance. Ptl. Lagrotteria was the arresting officer.

• A Hunting Lane resident reported his son’s bike stolen from the grounds of the Fireman’s Fair. S/O Robert Henne took the report.

• Ryan Seewald, 23, of Rumson was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving following a motor vehicle stop. Seewald was processed and later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer, and was assisted by Ptl. William Lagrotteria.

An arrest is not a conviction, and every defendant is presumed innocent until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
