A complaint warrant was issued on Aug. 23 for the arrest of Michael A. Carter, 22, of 8 New St., after he allegedly broke into a home on Branford Circle, Tinton Falls, on May 3 through a rear window and stole the jewelry. Carter's bail was set at $50,000, with no 10 percent option, by Judge Elizabeth Finlay. He is slated for an initial court appearance in Tinton Falls Municipal Court at 8 a.m. on Sept. 10.
