Self-Empowering Workshop for Teens
Local resident encourages teenagers to 'Be Their Own Success Story' with self-worth message.

It is well known that being a teenager is not the most glamorous age group to be in. Between hormones, parents, and friends all pulling one person in opposite directions, it is a pivotal time in a teen’s life. Luckily, local resident , is lending teens a helping hand with her self empowering teen workshops.
As a former adjunct writing professor at Brookdale Community College, Clapp would focus her writing seminars on life lessons. Through those seminars, students were forced to take a look at their current life and see where they wanted to be in the following years.
Now as a transition coach, Clapp takes those very same writing prompts and focuses them around teenage girls who may feel lost dealing with the pressures that come with high school.
