Watermelon Cocktail Recipes for Your Labor Day Party from Salt Creek Grille

Watermelon Mojito:

• 1 1/2 Bacardi Rum
• 1/2 oz Roses Lime Juice
• 5 Mint Leaves
• 2 Red Watermelon Cubes
• 1 Lime Wedge
• Soda Water
• Splash of Watermelon Puree

Muddle mint and watermelon cubes together. Add a splash of watermelon puree and shake with Rum & Lime Juice. Pour into a highball glass, top with a splash of club soda, garnish with a lime wheel.

Watermelon Gin Fizz:

• 1.5 oz watermelon puree
• 2 oz ounces hendricks gin
• 1 part lime juice
• Splash of ginger ale
• Frozen Watermelon or Lime wedges, for garnish

Pour watermelon puree, 2 ounces of hendricks gin, lime juice, splash of ginger ale and ice into shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the frozen watermelon or lime wedges.
