
will be hosting its January Wine Tasting Dinner on Thursday night at 6:30.
They will be featuring wines from Hanging Vine. The night will include a four-course dinner held in the private dining room with waterfront views of the Navesink River. Food will be prepared by executive chef Bob Belt.

- Seared Sea Bass with 2009 Pinot Noir Parcel 22
- Filet Mignon with 2008 Merlot Parcel 9
- Triple Chocolate Croquant with 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Parcel 3 Central Coast.

Each wine dinner guest will also receive a $25 gift card to be used in the main dining room by March 2011.
