SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Dec. 29 at 8:13 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old man of Willingboro, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. He was also issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the South Hackensack Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters and took custody of him.

On Dec. 30 at 1:02 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a shoplifting that occurred at Kohl’s on 09/09/2025, police responded to the Bergen County Jail and fingerprinted a 27-year-old man of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant that was issued for the charges of Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. He was processed for the charges and remained in the custody of the Bergen County Correctional Facility.

On Dec. 30 at 4:13 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old man of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ with no bail. He was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 31 at 4:47 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 49-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was taken to the Essex County Jail.

On Jan. 1 at 5:56 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the warrants. He was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Jan. 2 at 1:00 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Pompton Lakes Police Department to take into custody a 34-year-old man of Franklin Lakes, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 3 at 8:58 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old woman of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 3 at 2:53 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to an incident of eluding that occurred on Jan. 2, 2026 after a motor vehicle failed to stop for police, police responded to Home Depot and took into custody a 21-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B]. He was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 3 at 11:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 1190 Paterson Plank Road on a report of an individual trespassing in the laundry room. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for criminal trespass [2C:18-3A]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 4 at 9:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hawthorne Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old man of Fair Lawn, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
