On Dec. 30 at 9:52 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old man of Elizabeth for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Dec. 30 at 11:03 a.m., Secaucus Police took into custody a 31-year-old man of Garfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was taken into custody at Secaucus Police headquarters; was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 2 at 12:50 p.m., in an effort to combat vice related crimes within the town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested a 35-year-old female of the Bronx, NY for Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. She was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 2 at 3:47 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Dublin Yard located at 145 Front Street on a report of an individual who appeared to be intoxicated entering a motor vehicle. Police arrested a 65-year-old female of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and she was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Jan. 3 at 3:34 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old female of Rahway, NJ for 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $875.00 for each warrant, with a 10% option for each. She was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 3 at 11:31 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Union County jail to take into custody a 45-year-old male of Jersey City for 1 outstanding warrant that was issued out of Secaucus for the charge of Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. These charges had been issued in relation to a shoplifting incident that had occurred at Walmart on Oct. 14, 2024. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Jan. 5 at 12:19 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male of Jersey City for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken in the amount of $2,500 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Jan. 5 at 3:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Valley Court for a 911 call of an incident of aggravated assault. During the investigation, police arrested a 49-year-old male of Secaucus for Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(7)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-4D], specifically a golf club and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-5D]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
