On Feb. 10 at 9:20 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 51-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. He was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County jail.

On Feb. 10 at 9:47 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 62-year-old male of Union, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County jail.

On Feb. 10 at 5:07 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 11 at 8:08 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old female of Fort Lee, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 11 at 1:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to A2Z Wine Club located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a stolen shopping cart. Police arrested a 22-year-old female of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(6)]. She was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 13 at 9:08 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Englewood, NJ in the amount of $550. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 13 at 6:24 p.m., in relation to a theft incident that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located at 355 Plaza Drive on 01/11/2025, police arrested a 24-year-old male of Levittown, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. He was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. It was a "Got Sole" sneaker event, and he is accused of stealing a pair of Nike Blue Lobster SB Dunks valued at $2,500.

On Feb. 13 at 6:22 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Hudson Regional Hospital located at 55 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual refusing to leave. During the investigation, police arrested a 44-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Morristown, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $550.00 with a 10% option. He was unable to past bail and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On Feb. 13 at 3:50 p.m., Secaucus Police observed an individual in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn whom the police had prior knowledge of possibly having an outstanding warrant. Police arrested a 39-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Monroe, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $444. Roselle did release him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was unable to post bail for the outstanding warrant issued out of Monroe, NJ. Officers from the Monroe Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of him.

On Feb. 14 at 4:52 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 14 at 11:59 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46-year-old female of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Watchung, NJ in the amount of $550. The Watchung Police Department did release her on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Smith was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and she was released from police custody.

On Feb. 15 at 12:15 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to 45 Meadowlands Parkway and took into custody a 37-year-old male of Astoria, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(1)], Exhibiting Obscene Material for Persons under 18 [2C:34-3B(2)] and Criminal Attempt to commit Luring or Enticing of a Child [2C:5-1]. On Feb. 15 at 5:03 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Koelle Boulevard and Central Lane on a report of a vehicle that was stopped at that location. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old female of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 16 at 7:18 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Harmony Suites located at 455 Plaza Drive on a report of suspicious incident. Police arrested a 49-year-old female of Woodside, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 44-year-old male of Queens, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bergen County, NJ in the amount of $233. He was released on his own recognizance in relation to the warrant issued out of Bergen County. Both were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On Feb. 16 at 6:55 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on a report of individuals possibly concealing merchandise. The individuals did leave the area in a motor vehicle prior to police arrival. A motor vehicle stop was conducted of the involved vehicle and during the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old male of New York, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved vehicle, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
