SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Feb. 3 at 9:28 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 42-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 4 at 3:29 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Union Police Department to take into custody a 38-year-old female of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 5 at 8:57 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male of Brooklyn, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] after he was found in possession of a stolen license plate. He was issued his complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 7 at 11:06 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a trailer that was located on 01/29/2025 in the area of the New County Road Extension with an altered license plate, police arrested a 49-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(2)]. He was arrested at Secaucus Police headquarters, was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 7 at 4:52 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old female of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $958. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 7 at 6:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Wayne Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old male of Montclair, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $650. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 7 at 11:13 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle who appeared to be unconscious. Police arrested a 27-year-old male of Tionesta, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with three additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 8 at 3:06 a.m., Secaucus Police observed an individual in the area of Centre Avenue and Irving Place in which the police had prior knowledge of the individual possibly having an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 47-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail, along with one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $50.00. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff.

On Feb. 8 at 4:32 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male of Paterson, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Denville, NJ in the amount of $3,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrants. Officers from the Denville Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of him for transport back to their agency.

On Feb. 8 at 7:20 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old female of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $850. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
