CHS Robotics Celebrates South Orange

Sparkhouse will host a demo

If you missed last Wednesday's Robotics Club demonstration and meeting, Saturday is another chance to see the  As part of Celebrate South Orange, the Columbia High School team will show their stuff at Sparkhouse's SuperGroovyPartyRoom, at 21 Scotland Road in South Orange, from 1 - 2:30 p.m.

More than 100 parents and kids attended the meeting held Wednesday night in the high school cafeteria. The purpose of the meeting was to gauge interest and inform locals about starting robotics clubs in the middle and elementary schools. 

CHS team advisor and physics teacher Allan Tumolillo was on hand to introduce the presentation. He notes that robotics is, indeed, fun and educational for all ages.
