Fall Soccer Sign-ups Begin

Though it's summer, fall soccer sign-ups have begun at the Baird Center. 

FALL SOCCER

SOUTH MOUNTAIN SOCCER, GRADES 3 THROUGH 8 - Registration began July 1st for South Mountain Soccer, a recreational soccer program for South Orange and Maplewood children in grades 3 through 8. The program offers a wide range of opportunity for players at all skill levels in the fall and/or spring seasons. Each season is approximately 10 weeks long and includes professional training one day a week and a game each weekend. The fall season begins the week after Labor Day. There are no tryouts for this program. Early registration is recommended. Some divisions/age groups fill up quickly. ADULTS - Men and women meet for informal soccer games on Monday nights at 7:30 pm at New Waterlands Park. The style of play and rule modifications accommodate a broad range of fitness, age and skill levels. Emphasis is on maintaining conditioning, improving skills and having fun.
